Based on parent feedback, please follow these steps to successfully join the Blackboard Collaborate meeting room:
1. Use Google Chrome for best performance.
2. If you are unable to join the meeting room on first attempt, exit and re-join the meeting room again. Repeat this process if you are unable to join the meeting room more than once. Blackboard Collaborate (and other VoIPs) pose this issue
