Congratulations to Aleta Rajan, Hajira Abdul Jaleel, and Shamiya Mannarottil, Grade Level 10 Titans of Delta English School, Sharjah, who won FIRST PLACE in Poster Competition at the Gulf Medical University’s Annual Medical and Science Exhibition (MASE) 2022. Aleta, Hajira, and Shamiya represented Delta English School as team Eco-friends. They researched about Hydrogen as a substitute to the traditionally-used coal, oil, and natural gas. Team Eco-friends brainstormed an innovative and renewable process to produce ‘Green Hydrogen’ that can be subsequently used for sustainable mobility, manufacturing of ammonia-fertilizers, production of petroleum-based products, and to stabilize the power grid by generating electricity during peak demands. Team Eco-friends worked tirelessly under the expert guidance of Delta English Schools’ Science faculty members and their winning is testimony to our successful education program.
