Winners-Water Rocket Competition by Emirates Aviation University

Delta English School won 'Third Place' at the fifth annual Water Rocket Competition held by Emirates Aviation University, Dubai on Sunday, March 27, 2022.The winning team 'Galaxy Titans' designed and constructed a water-propelled rocket within two hours. Their rocket launched from an angle of 45 degrees using only water and air propulsion, withstood a 50 PSI take-off pressure, and traveled a distance of over 85 meters.

Emirates Aviation University (EAU) Water Rocket Competition challenges high school students to experiment and innovate in the field of aerodynamics. This event witnessed the participation of more than 300 students from 22 schools across the UAE. The EAU Water Rocket Competition is held by Emirates Aviation University in collaboration with The Boeing Company, Emirates Airlines, and Dnata.
