Helios is our state-of-the-art admissions and enrollment system. It is intelligently-designed and very easy to use. DES does not accept paper or email-based admission and enrollment applications.

Please read these instructions before you complete the Helios Support Form:

• A. Helios allows you to create a free, personal account
• B. Use one Helios account to manage the admissions/enrollment applications of all your children
• C. If you already created a Helios account, DO NOT create a new account - use your existing Helios account
• D. Authenticate your access and your spouse's access after creating a Helios account

Use this Support Form only after you have submitted a Candidate Profile in Helios AND if: 1. You are unable to authenticate your Helios account 2. You forgot the email address and/or password to your Helios account 3. You want to edit the email address, cell phone number, or name in your Helios account Note: Name change will require proof of identification that display the requested full name Allow 1-2 business days for your support case to be resolved.
